Since our inception we have applied procedures and protocol that have been in development for years but not utilized to their full potential. By perfecting these applications we are experiencing increases of our closing to pipeline ratio and decreasing processing times, month after month. We have observed the mistakes and failures of others and applied state of the art technology to enhance the productivity of our employees while improving the workplace, protecting the environment and preserving our natural resources.

PROVEN Experience

These improvements occurred as a result of the experience of our executives. They are pioneers of the industry and are proficient with both sides of the branch model relationship. They have a unique understanding of the alliances between the branch and corporate which allows for quality loans being delivered to the investor and improved pricing back to the branch. Combined, the executives at MLB have over 100 years of experience in the industry. All of whom have witnessed and overcame the changes of the 1990’s and 2000’s.
